“Relaxing, enjoyable and good for the soul.”
+Returning for a second year to a different van. Bigger and more spacious. Overall the site is well maintained and well thought out. Live music was also out on for the Friday which was a lively treat.

“We enjoyed our stay and this was definitely something different.”
+The Airstream was a novel accommodation and nicely updated. The facilities and accommodation were spotlessly clean. Great location close to Ryde, not too far from the ferry and we liked St Helen’s beach nearby.
−The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with a bar running down the centre. Would’ve been great if the coffee/cake van was open every morning. Our granddaughter was disappointed there weren’t more animals on the farm - she’d seen photos beforehand of lambs and bunnies so was disappointed not to see any.

+The staffs are amazing and helpful. The location was amazing, as we were able to reach most of the tourist spots within 30 minutes to an hour.
−Caravan stay, 1. Inside Caravan Shower wasn’t working 2. Oven wasn’t working 3. The main fridge and the spare one even wasn’t working

“So magical”
+Absolutely everything, we were so excited to stay in Little Eva. We loved the history of the caravan. It’s was so clean and perfect for the 4 of us to stay. The whole campsite was clean and spacious.

“A lovely introduction to glamping life in the beautiful Airstreams!”
+Our first experience of glamping as a little family. The kids loved the adventure as did I. I loved the vintage feel of the Airstreams, the interiors and the campsite itself. Comfy beds, a surprisingly decent shower and great chill out area in the front of the caravans. Sarah was a wonderful host and communication was great throughout. The shared toilets were clean and the farm shop covered our BBQ requirements. The kids had a blast making friends with fellow Airstreamers. I could've stayed a little longer, but it was already the second part of our IoW trip. All in all, a lovely introduction to outdoor life for us.
−Not to do with Retrostaycations at all but the airstreams did not have a toilet which I already knew about. But we had a Kiddiewhizz for emergencies so all good!

“Amazingly quirky and full of personality!”
+Little Eva is super quirky and with original fixtures and fittings. I loved that it was unapologetically itself. Sarah is friendly and accommodating and the site is well kept and clean.

“Retro starvation is a very welcoming place to stay, its close by to so many attractions and place to see, Sarah gave us”
+We loved the retro feel of it, I hadn’t anticipated it would be so well laid out, with gas hob, a fridge, it even has its own sink and shower within the caravan. As well as the convertible sofa bed, it has 2 single beds for the kids with a separation from the main living room, which provides great flexibility when travelling with older kids.
−The sofa bed was tricky to convert, but bear in mind it’s from the 50s and it didn’t deter from our enjoyment!
