“Bad ending”
+Stayed here several times now, always been very good, the wifi is very poor and was very frustrating when trying to sort out replacement flights during the Middle East crisis. But would still recommend
−I didn't like people putting towels on sunbeds the night before going to bed, of 18 sunbeds around the pool 10 had towels on at 13.10 in the morning which l removed and had to face the wrath of the self appointed committee, some of whom claim they have been going there 25 years and who think this somehow makes them privileged and entitled. I'm sure they will be glad to know I'm not returning. To Goa Most definitely, yes, but not to this hotel, which is a Shame as I've always been happy there and always been treated well by Umesh the manager. Fairwell, my friend.

“Not worth for money”
+I’m staying here. Property location is very good. But when when I checking in front office. I think front office executive or what she is not taking care of Guest properly, and before she is not showing for room, I am waiting for room for reception, more than one and half hours. I have total three kids all kids sleeping time. I request the persons she’s not giving room immediately When I’ll check in the room, 602 and 603 and was very pathetic condition. There is no floor cleaning and twin bed. They are joining and one more thing, balcony door not properly, locking and cupboard door also not locking properly and bath corner is very pathetic condition so far also not clean fridge, also, not cleaning in fridge inside two numbers of egg. Is there if you want, please go and check find out. Can I call to Office lady? He told me that there is no room, sir. If you want, you can stay there, otherwise leave it. I request so many times. She is not responsible again. I call to GM Mr Ramesh. Help me with that. But totally not value for the money your hotel front is possible is not taking care only for housekeeping persons. We are taking care of and one more thing in midnight. I’m asking for two
−The swimming pool is very nice and very clean and garden. We also very nice and one more thing. Housekeeping staff also very good person. They will give nice service. in restored breakfast, not good every day, making Puri and there is no changing.. and in front of my room, too much of soil linen and some dirty attempt is keeping in front of my room outside and room also not properly coming in bedside.
