+Good for a short stay, felt like a hostel with private bedrooms and each included private bathrooms. Availability to use the kitchen, also kind and friendly people in charge. Comfortable bed. Good quality-price. Affordable prices of the groceries and restaurants around in the neighbourhood
−For a long stay (2 weeks), the bedsheets and towels were only changed once and it was under request. The breakfast was poor, also about breakfast cereal, toasts, coffee, was not refilled, and milk, water and juice was provided only twice during the full stay. They didn't explain properly about the cleaning in the common areas or the trash management, and sometimes they took many days to take out the trash from the kitchen

+Really liked the attitude of the owner, was always in touch, pleasant to deal with. The room was bright, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower lacked hooks for towels. We stayed there for five nights. Special thanks for the breakfasts, there was enough coffee 😁 The room has a large TV that works via the internet, you can customize and enjoy watching in any language. The location is great, 10 minutes to the metro, 20 minutes to the center. On one side is a view of the city and on the other side is a beautiful beach 10 minutes from the lodge. Overall, we really liked it ☺️

+The view was nice, the main area was cleaned frequently, the bed was comfortable and the location was quite nice close to the station and the spots but not in the noisy centre and there was some water and other compliments for breakfast.
−It was a bit too small for 5 nights for remote working people, the wifi was not stable, the furniture was not very stable, and the room did not get cleaned for the period of time.

+I liked the organization of check-in: they sent a questionnaire in advance and full instructions regarding the room, locks, and accommodation. The room was clean. For undemanding women, breakfast is quite acceptable, but for men, you need to buy something in order not to be hungry. The staff is always in touch, very friendly. The room has air conditioning. We rested at the end of February, beginning of March, and it was cold. The room was heated with an air conditioner.
−For complete convenience, we did not have enough hooks in the bathroom for towels (the ones above the bath are very high, I could not reach them). It would also be nice to add some hangers in the wardrobe. The apartment has 3 rooms and the kitchen-living room. You will live in one of the rooms. If there are neighbors, you can hear them well, because the walls are thin.

+A wonderful room, all amenities are present, explanations about housing are available, the only thing is that we did not understand how to get in and where to go for 20 minutes, but our neighbors helped us. Breakfast was prepared for the period of our stay, standard Italian. By the way, a very comfortable bed .
