“Florence”
+Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean with good air-con. Shower was a bit small but had good pressure. 3 keys to enter lobby, hotel and your room so very secure. 10 min walk to main square

“Friendly staff not a nice room great location not a nice room . Hope it can get fixed up”
+The location
−The property needs a lot of attention when we arrived the smell was horrible like a musty dirty mop throughout the whole area . The comforter was stained and we didn’t use it so was the chair like real bad . If I did t pay already for the 4 days we would have left . Mould in the bathroom can’t be healthy just neglected and not taken care of . The staff was very responsive and helpful they tried to clean it up to remove the smell but just masked it . We felt itchy after a few day when we arrived back in Canada all out clothes were taken in the cases to the laundry room and cleaned and hot dried . It was unfortunate because this was the last leg of our trip . They are friendly accommodating but when your place feels like a motel on the side of the road in a gorgeous city the rating is a 3 star and it isn’t that for sure . But with some TLC it could be a great spot location perfect staff perfect facilities not so good . Pictures are not believable or takes years ago so do t rely on pictures . I hope they don’t get insulted and take this constructive because like I said they are nice people just need to take care of the place and the elevator cost every-time you use it which is inconve

“Hostel vibe for students - Dated”
+Good location
−Dirty room - found a used ear bud the first day. Marks all over the walls. Loose flooring. Toilet paper was old and brown like it has been stored for 30 years. Dated - clearly no money has been invested in this place for some time. The tv wouldn’t even support Netflix which is bare minimum now. Even the lotus biscuit was stale! No staff - I received texts before we arrived with the door code. I didn’t see a member of staff the three days we were there. Then I had a tact on the last day to tell me to leave the keys and city tax on the dressing table - we didn’t have any cash and I had to bank transfer this person the city tax. I didn’t speak to anyone face to face. This place must make a lot of money with very little effort because of where it is located. It’s not looked after, feels like a bedsit and wasn’t cheap! Felt like a hostel for students.
