“In the centre of everything.”
+In the centre of everything. The genuie experience of Amsterdam.
−The house needs an upgrade. It has a beautiful terrace but in Autumn and Winter you cannot use it.So the house looks really small for its price .

“Handy location with space and convenience.”
+The apartment is in a fabulous location with restaurants all around, transport close by and walkable to the museums. The back terrace was a treat in the hot weather. All the supplies in the kitchen were a bonus.

+The apartment is in a very good location. Owner is super helpful. We were able to bring our luggage to the apartment several hours before the real check-in time, which made the exploring of the city much easier. Terrace is really nice if the weather is good.
−The only downside is the noise during night time coming from streets and restaurant located below.

“A great find in a busy city, highly recommend”
+The property is so well presented it’s a joy to see. The basics are there but the detail provided by the owner is wonderful. Many clean towels, lots of fresh fruit, bottles of water, tins of juice chocolate and biscuits. Fresh flowers and regular communication. Lovely terrace for warmer times too.
−Only downside is the stairs but these will feature in most Amsterdam properties.

“Comfortable apartment in great neighborhood with lots of amenities.”
+Can't beat the location, with lots of restaurants, shops and a grocery store a 2 minute walk away. Easy to walk to many of the other neighborhoods in the city. Quiet at night. The host is lovely and extremely accomodating and highly responsive. The toilet and shower are in separate areas which is helpful. Beautiful terrace if the weather is nice.
−Some hooks for coats and towels would be helpful, as well as some luggage stands would be an easy addition. A common area is accessible upstairs but not within the unit itself.
