+We chose this hotel for its central location, affordable price and private bathroom, which was hard to find at this price. The owner was very kind and always busy cleaning and taking care of the hotel.
−Our room had no balcony or normal windows. There were only two tiny ventilation-style windows, one of which seemed to have been added later, plus another small one in the bathroom. The room felt a bit like a prison cell, with no proper view outside. I don't know what the other rooms are like. The bed sheets were clean, but the towels were so old that it was hard to tell whether they were clean or not. I didn't feel comfortable using them and tried to avoid them as much as possible. The shower had very low water pressure, and there was no hairdryer, so washing my long hair wasn't really possible. The area is extremely noisy, with bars right below the hotel. Even with the windows closed and earplugs in, you can still hear the noise. You should definitely be aware of this before booking. However, this is more about the location than the hotel itself. We visited at the end of summer, so sleeping was manageable, but I imagine it could be difficult during the hottest months.
