“Residence Neffati and Hammament can be anything you want them to be, we recommend them.”
+We chose Residence Neffati on its reviews - all those people cannot be wrong - and it still exceeded expectations. We expected friendly and helpful staff, we were not expecting to feel like friends from the very minute we arrived. Rochdi and Faouzi are a great team who cannot do enough to help you have a great stay. Seemingly they know everyone and everywhere, they can advise on anything and ensure you get the best treatment whereever you go. When you get back it is a haven of peace in a great location close to cafes, bars, restaurants, the beach, kasbah and medina. It is a wonderful place and wonderful people.

+Clean, spacious, quiet and secure. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. The garden is an unusual find in the area.
−Pool towels in bedrooms would be good. Passage lights sometimes go off very quickly.

“Lovely accommodation but Hammammet was a disappointment”
+The Residence was quiet, away from the bustle of the Main Street outside. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful with advice.
−There was no breakfast provided , as advertised, this should be amended on your property details. The host requested a cash payment at the beginning of my stay and didn’t accept card payments. My husband had to arrange a bank transfer for payment from the UK. Not very professional in my opinion.
