“We stayed for a couple of nights and had a really good time exploring the area and hiking.”
+Lovely staff. very friendly and helpful. Ver nice and clean rooms and beds with beautiful view. The food was also really good, both the breakfast and diner.

+La cortesia di tutto lo staff e la qualità del cibo sono stati i due aspetti che mi hanno colpito di più. Sono stato 8 giorni con mia moglie ed è sempre stato tutto buonissimo. Il servizio di altissimo livello e molto serio. Torneremo sicuramente e pubblicizzeremo ai nostri amici.
−Le coperte del letto erano troppo corte per me che sono alto 1,90 cm ed il cuscino non era comodissimo.

“We would love to return!”
+The include breakfast and dinner were excellent! We enjoyed 6 different dinners during our stay. The dining room was lovely and the staff attentive and friendly. The location was excellent, the village of Castelrotto is charming with really good hiking opportunities just a cable car ride away!

“We loved it so much we hope to come back!”
+The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had. The dinner service was a gourmet delight. All the guests were eager to sample the wonderful food! The view from our room was lovely. We could see the cows grazing in the meadow and hear their bells softly ringing. The location of the hotel was in Castel Rotto, a charming alpine village.

+Colazione ottima, prodotti di qualità e grande varietà, sia sul dolce che sul salato. Una particolare menzione allo yogurt, veramente speciale. Particolare attenzione al cliente che a volte non fa neanche in tempo ad esprime un desiderio o una esigenze che già viene soddisfatto. gentilissimi tutti, dalla proprietà a tutti i collaboratori. Ospitalità senza compromessi!
−Alcuni piccoli aspetti della camera del residence; ad esempio non è presente una luce esterna sul balcone o la possibilità di stendere ad asciugare piccole cose. Può essere migliorata la dotazione del bagno.

+Our stay at Hotel Residence Mayr in Castelrotto was simply wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The facilities are extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, welcoming, and spotlessly clean; the restaurant was delightful; and the convenient parking made our trip even more enjoyable. The entire team deserves special praise for their warmth, attentiveness, and constant willingness to help. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. In particular, we would like to highlight the kindness, warmth, and hospitality of Astrid, the owner, who made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality products. Dinner was another highlight of our stay: every evening featured a unique menu, carefully designed and perfectly prepared by Chef Werner Mayr. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and turned each dinner into a truly special experience. The hotel also enjoys a privileged location.
