+Very responsive and client oriented host (request for additional kitchenware was quickly resolved, allowed free late checkout). Good location. Plenty of parking space
−Any movement in the inner yard makes noise in the rooms, especially when the windows are open. Small shower cabin and presence of mold.

“Amazing place!”
+We were delighted with our stay at Residence Le Fontane. The apartments were clean and spacious, featuring a balcony and air conditioning. Having a kitchen is a priority for us when traveling with our daughter, who has celiac disease, as we need to be able to prepare meals for her. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is also a swimming pool on the premises. Another advantage was the proximity to the city center and the beach (accessible by car). We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

−On the first day we moved into the room, there was an unbearable sewage smell coming from the toilet and kitchen sink. The shower and toilet could not be used, nor could the kitchen sink. The sofa bed is in terrible condition and is impossible to sleep on. We prepared our own breakfasts once the sewage problem had been resolved. The septic tank was only cleaned the following day, and the smell in the toilet, shower, and kitchen disappeared only after that.

+This is the second time we've stayed at Le Fontane, as we find it perfectly suits our needs. It is indeed not situated in a pretty or picturesque street, as is on the outskirts of the town, but given it is a residence of 1 & 2 bedroom flats, it is perfectly situated right opposite a supermarket. The flats are functional and spacious and very well appointed with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher (and even a washing washine, on each private balcony). There's plentiful free parking all around the building and a great bar downstairs for your morning spremuta (freshly sqeezed OJ) or cappuccino! And then the cherry on the cake is the large swimming pool! And then the friendly and helpful staff.
−My teen daughters found the sofa-bed not too comfy, probably like most sofabeds, let's face it, but they survived the three nights just fine.
