“Friendly, super clean place with amazing views”
+This place was amazing! Welcoming staff, great breakfast, perfect Kazbegi views and it was so clean! I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends. There is no restaurant at the hotel itself but there are enough options close by and you don't have to walk back into town to get a good meal.
−All was perfect.

“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Residence Kazbegi! Everything was wonderful, from the incredibl”
+We had an absolutely amazing stay at Residence Kazbegi! Everything was wonderful, from the incredibly comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast to the super friendly and helpful staff. And of course, the mountain views were simply breathtaking! The hotel is located uphill, but in my opinion, that’s actually one of its biggest advantages! If you want to enjoy truly spectacular views of Kazbegi, staying higher up is definitely worth it. The views from the town center simply can’t compare to the beautiful panoramas you get from above. For me, Residence Kazbegi is definitely one of the best choices in the area. Stunning views, excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and great value for money.

“Warm welcoming hotel - brand new with lovely rooms and staff!”
+Great location for Kazbegi, very warm and helpful staff, gorgeous design in the room with lovely curtains and furniture (photos don’t do it justice), views of mountains amazing!
−Nothing we didn’t like! Some ideas for management as the hotel is developing: shower screens positioned so floor doesn’t get so wet; warmer lighting in hallway and reception to match rooms. Such a gorgeous hotel with so much potential!

+We had an absolutely amazing stay at Residence Kazbegi! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful atmosphere to the exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh, high-quality, and prepared daily. You can easily find everything you need for a perfect breakfast! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. What impressed us the most was the incredible value for money. The level of service and comfort is far beyond what you would expect for the price! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kazbegi. We would absolutely love to come back!

+Loved the place was new and very clean. The view from the balcony and room was unparalleled probably rivaling Rooms view. The breakfast was modest in variety but it compensated in quality. The service was great - the lady at the reception helped us with recommendations and booking and was kind to explain things around.
−Maybe change the beans for coffee as they were dark roast and hard to drink. Recommendation: you could improve the experience by offering more drinks which guests could pay for locally without growing your costs too much. The location is slightly out but that's what you get for the view - so that's a small compromise
