“It was a decent experience, all you need for a night in NYC.”
+It was very clean and had a great view.
−It’s a little out of the way and the facilities could be better for the price I paid to stay here.

“Front desk is the issue”
+The location is good. The room was clean and compact. That's pretty much it.
−Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lack of Empathy and Customer Service This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially those traveling with young children. We were moving from another hotel as a family of four and had several bags to transport. Since I was the only one moving the luggage back and forth in batches, and my child was sick, I explained the situation to the staff member at the luggage storage area. Instead of being understanding and accommodating, he became visibly irritated with the multiple trips and asked unnecessary questions when all we needed was to have our luggage accepted. The lack of patience and basic courtesy was disappointing. The experience at the front desk was even worse. We arrived at approximately 11:15 AM, well before the usual 4:00 PM check-in time, understanding that early check-in was subject to room availability. However, we were not given a room until 1:20 PM, despite repeatedly checking with the front desk. The most frustrating part was that I had a child with a high fever who was sleeping in my arms and against my chest. Despite explaining our situation, the front d

“Comfortable bed, great housekeeping, friendly front desk staff. Location phenomenal, the shuttle to the airport was grea”
+The property was clean, well managed and beautiful.
−I didn’t enjoy the policing of the breakfast lounge, or being followed to present my room key. As a Black person, being asked to show proof is belonging in a space, that was filled predominantly with white people, and being asked by a white individual, felt incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Plus the breakfast food sucked. It was cold and soggy and the staff was putting the breakfast away as I was trying to make my plate. Multiple days this happened and for this reason I do not feel comfortable coming back. Further we ended up just taking yogurt and fruit back to our room to eat later because the breakfast was so unreliable and honestly, inedible.

−Out dated rooms, outed facilities. Our toilet broke twice! Rooms are too small. Staff are not friendly - maybe thats just New York!! Charged us for water bottles that we didnt drink. Will not be booking here again.

“В целом впечатления хорошие”
+Месторасположение отеля просто супер. Рядом находится центральный парк, всего пять минут пешком. Другие достопримечательности тоже в пешей доступности
−Номер очень скромных размеров. Завтрак, если сравнивать с отелями в Европе такого же класса, не слишком хорош. Меню оставляет желать лучшего, посуда пластиковая. Столовые приборы собраны из разных наборов, что говорит о многом
