+The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were friendly and available around the clock for check-in and check-out.
−This apartment is not suitable for a family of four. It is better suited to two adults and one child. One of the children's beds was extremely uncomfortable. The apartment is also very noisy, as it is located on a busy street, and the sound insulation is poor. Traffic noise was therefore a significant issue.

−Chairs,screechy. rubber caps on the leg ends would work wonders. A small brush and shovel for minor accidents may be considered.

+Great location! We could easily walk to all the main attractions in the city. Overall, we had a very good experience. The apartment was perfect for two people, and everything was clean. Great value for money, and the staff were friendly and responsive.
−The living and dining area was a bit dark and could use more lighting. If we had stayed longer, we would definitely have needed more kitchen equipment, although what was provided was sufficient for a 2-3 day stay. It can also get a little noisy with the windows open, but it wasn’t a major issue.

+Appartamento accogliente, l' operatore con cui abbiamo effettuato il check- in gentile,la posizione buona per accedere al centro storico a piedi.
−Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare -la lavastoviglie aveva i filtri IMMONDI -manca la scopa/paletta/ bastone per lavare per terra. -purtroppo abbiamo trovato il piumino del letto sporco ( sangue) -e' stata fornita la macchina del caffè ma con solo 2 cialde per 2 persone per 3 GG di soggiorno--> essendo la macchina in comodato d'uso non si trovano le cialde in vendita ( ho suggerito di mettere eventuale distributore delle stesse a pagamento) SONO STATE INVIATE TUTTE QUESTE CONSIDERAZIONI COME MESSAGGIO SUL NUMERO TELEFONO DELLA STRUTTURA MA NON SI SONO NEANCHE DEGNATI DI UN BANALE RISCONTRO .

+Az elhelyezkedése jó, közelben minden megtalálható
−A 2 db különágy ki van feküdve, kényelmetlen. A kis háló ablakát nem lehet becsukni rendesen, így hangszigetelés nincs. Az utca minden zaja beszűrődik, így nagyon hangos!

+Ein Sschlafzimmer war gut
−Das 'Familienzimmer-die Küche, war ungemütlich, hatte keine Fenster, nur eine Klimaanlage und grelle kalte Lampen in der Küche gab es ausser Spüli und einen mehrfach benutzen Schwamm nichts. Keinerlei Tücher. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hatte ein Fenster und eine Balkontür. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hatte ein Fenster, die konnte.man allerdings nicht öffnen. Auch nicht nach Rücksprache Die Klimaanlage wirkt dort nicht, somit war dort extrem schlechte Luft. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig, besonders das Treppenhaus. Das Dach ist offen und somit regnet es laut über die Gitterstufen bis in den Flur der dann nass ist. Im Bad für 3 Personen wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.
