+Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding our stay at Residence Due Torri in Maiori on September 12, 2026. We paid 287 euros for one night for two guests. Our complaint is not about design or personal taste, but about basic standards of hygiene, safety, and maintenance. We have photo documentation. 1. Hygiene: the toilet was in an unsanitary condition, with significant brown staining inside and a misaligned toilet seat. Photos attached. 2. The shower had visible rust at the base, reflecting poor maintenance. Documented in photos. 3. Safety hazard: a sharp metal part was protruding from the door frame; my bag got caught on it and it scratched my hand. Fortunately, there was no bleeding, but this is a clear safety hazard. 4. Towels: the towels provided in the apartment were extremely thin, similar to a tablecloth, not proper bath towels. When we requested regular towels like those in the main hotel building, we were refused. Only after a prolonged argument and stating we would contact Booking.com, were two regular towels reluctantly given , and both were stained. The stains appeared brown, possibly fecal contamination. +It was very clean, but very poor value for tge price. I was still thankful to get a place at the last minute. Location was very good.
−Kitchen was poorly equipped. It would have been helpful to have an outlet at the sink. This was by far, the most expensive place I have stayed and not nearly as nice or equiipped as other places. Poor value for the price.

“O alegere excelentă!”
+O alegere excelentă! Am petrecut 3 zile minunate aici și recomand cu mare drag. Personalul este absolut excepțional - extrem de amabili, drăguți și gata să ne ajute în orice moment cu toate informațiile necesare. În plus, locația este perfectă: hotelul este situat foarte aproape de o plajă mică și intimă, dar și la doi pași de toate atracțiile majore de pe coastă. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

+Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer. Maiori est une ville charmante, pas trop achalandée et avec la plus belle plage de la Côte Amalfitaine.
−La résidence est une peu à l'extérieur de la ville donc il faut marcher quelques minutes sur une route passante sans trottoir pour se rendre à pied en ville. Sinon il faut prendre la navette de l'hôtel qui coût 5 Euros.

+Фантастический вид с балконов и окон! Большой и просторный номер с укомплектованной кухней! Персонал очень вежлив и дружелюбен. Рядом 2 общественных пляжа. Приятные тонкие белоснежные полотенца в ванной. Матрасы удобные жёсткие. Ремонт в номере хороший, всё современное, старого ничего нет. Отличный отель.
