+Very close to the beach and the boulevard.
−Very noisy. We were able to hear everything all the time. Bit outdated as well, not that it mattered, but then pricewise it doesn’t add up. Cooking was nearly impossible since the pits didn’t warm.

+Residence Divina is by far and away the very nicest apartment hotel in which I have ever stayed in Italy, and I have been visiting Italy for many years and have stayed in many places. The apartment and hotel are fully appointed with everything anyone could need or want: effective air conditioning with fully controllable settings in the apartment, modern fuse panel located and accessible in the room, fast and unlimited wifi at all times everywhere in the apartment, refrigerator with freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, cooking utensils and pots and pans and dinnerware and cutlery +, lots of lights and tons of electrical outlets (both regular Italian as well as bipasso) everywhere, balcony, everything clean and bright and spacious, decent linen and towels and sufficient household supplies to arrive and get settled, laundry facilities on the rooftop, jacuzzi and lounge chairs and umbrella on the rooftop, garbage & recycling on the ground level at the side of the hotel. The location is also perfect: a block and a half from the beach, a block from a Coop grocery store, across the street from a super fruit & vegetable store, a half-block from a well-stocked kitchen and housewares store

+Спретнат, просторен и удобнен апартамент. Отзивчив, усложлив и приветлив персонал. Летището и плажа са на пешеходно разстояние.

+апартамента е просторен, много близо до плажа ,както и много магазини и ресторанти, но не е шумно. На сенчеста улица е, близо е и до гарата.
−обзавеждането е старо, няма достатъчно прибори за готвене , в банята няма закачалки и няма къде да си поставиш кърпите, няма никакви препарати за почистване.

−A mikrohullámú sütő nagyon gyenge teljesítményű, még maximumon, negyedóra mikrózás után is csak épphogy langyos az étel.

“Résidence Divina”
+Locația e bună, la 500 metri de plajă, într-o zonă cu multe baruri, pizzerii, restaurante, chiar și o rotiserie. Se poate parca fără probleme in fața proprietății, iar proprietatea are câteva locuri de parcare dar trebuie lăsată cheia la administrator. Are lift, intrare cu cartelă, dotări ok, unele cam vechi dar întreținute corespunzător. E suficient spatiu, e curățenie aproape perfectă, iar apartamentul cu living și dormitor in care am stat are și un balcon pe toată lungimea lui (poți pune și haine la uscat). Mi-a plăcut că are oglinda mare și în baie, și în dormitor. Chiuvetă mare. Bucătăria are suficiente tacâmuri, vase, dotări ca sa prepari cam orice (nu are prăjitor de pâine și nici cuptor cu microunde). Are in frigider foarte încăpător. Aerul condiționat asigură o temperatura foarte plăcută, deși afară era căldură mare. Paturile sunt confortabile, te odihnești bine
−Nu are mașină de spălat. Aparatul de cafea e de fapt un ibric din acela din fontă, foarte mic; ne așteptam la altceva. Parcarea e de fapt un drum de acces iar administratorul mută mașinile în funcție de cum pleacă / vin oaspeții. Frigiderul cam gălăgios, și uneori și aerul condiționat din dormitor. Aș fi vrut să am măcar încă o pernă, mai subțire, pusă în dulap. Cea de pe pat era cam prea îndesată.

“Ottima esperienza!”
+Ottima esperienza, innanzitutto accoglienza,gentilezza e disponibilità di Francesco!! Ottima posizione!!! Mare, supermercato, farmacia, fruttivendolo, pescheria, vari negozi, tabaccheria, stazione di treno e Fiabilandia- raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti!! Appartamento non di recente ristrutturazione ma tenuto molto molto bene, molto pulito, bagno spazioso, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Da tornare il prima possibile! “Rilassante”
+Ottima posizione , in seconda fila rispetto al mare (200/250 m) circondata da negozi, bar , ristoranti. L' appartamento in buone condizioni, arredo moderno, climatizzatore in generale pulito . Un ringraziamento a Francesco x la disponibilità e la cordialità..
−Magari da rivedere il bagno (doccia) un po' datato, comunque fruibile
