“Perfect beach holiday”

+Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ganz nah am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Besitzer waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

+Wir waren mit der Residenz sehr zufrieden. Die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei allem geholfen und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gepflegt. Uns und unseren Kindern hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend - das Meer ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. +Příjemný majitel, dobré parkování, kousek od pláže a obchodů.
−Apartmán je poměrně dost malý když zde chcete strávit více nocí ve více lidech. A velmi špatné vybavení kuchyně pro 4 lidi. Taky je zde večer a v noci poměrně hlučno v okolí.

+Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás 3 perc séta a strand. Közel a busz a belváros tömegközlekedéssel 10 percre van.Közelben élelmiszerbolt, vendéglők, pékség.A házigazdák rendkívül kedvesek, segítőkészek,rugalmasak. Nekünk kicsit zajos, de ennyire közel a parthoz nem is számítottunk másra.
−Az egyetlen ami nem tetszett, hogy előttünk dohányoztak az apartmanban és a kellemetlen szag az alapos takarítás ellenére is bent maradt.

“Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!”
+Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole nella Residence e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La posizione è davvero ottima: la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile sia con l’autobus sia con la comoda Metromare, che si trova a pochi minuti di distanza. La spiaggia è praticamente dietro l’angolo (circa 2 minuti a piedi) e nelle vicinanze c’è anche una spiaggia libera, ideale per chi preferisce rilassarsi senza dover utilizzare gli ombrelloni. La Residence è spaziosa, pulita e molto ben attrezzata. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la presenza del microonde, della lavatrice, del frigorifero grande e dei numerosi spazi per riporre le proprie cose. Anche le tapparelle sono state un grande vantaggio, perché permettono di oscurare completamente la camera, cosa molto utile per chi ha il sonno leggero. Ci è stato inoltre offerto il cambio della biancheria. Ci sono inoltre due climatizzatori autonomi, uno nel soggiorno / cucina e uno in camera da letto, che funzionano benissimo. La zona è tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo tutto è facilmente raggiungibile: nelle vicinanze si trovano un supermercato nuovo, ottimi bar, caffetterie e gelaterie. −Per noi non è stato un aspetto negativo, perché siamo arrivati ben preparati. Per chi ha meno esperienza con le strutture residence, può essere utile sapere che non sono presenti prodotti di base come sale, zucchero, olio o detergente per la lavatrice. Chi non desidera acquistare queste cose in confezioni più grandi sul posto, può semplicemente portarle da casa. Per noi, come già detto, questo non ha rappresentato un punto negativo né ha influito sulla nostra valutazione. Il soggiorno è stato molto bello e abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza.

“Clean, friendly hosts and a perfect location”
+We stayed at Residence Désirée as a group of four, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach and all the entertainment options. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The place was very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return
