+We had a spacious, well-maintained room with a beautiful river view and really enjoyed our three-day stay. The room was very well insulated from outside noise, so it was quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. Everything worked well for us. As we travelled by electric car, we also really appreciated being able to charge it in the hotel’s garage.

+Excellent quiet location, spacious and clean apartment, great soundproofing, coffee machine, mini refrigerator, good customer service, guest pass with limited free bus/train transportation and local discounts.
−Communication of exact checkin location was not provided as it was not in the same building and a bit of a walk away. Kitchenette lacked silverware and paper towels. Floor rugs in the apartment did not have a nonslip matte underneath them and created a dangerous fall hazard.

“Happy Days in Germany”
+The Residence Bellevue is well placed alongside the Rhine and the view from my balcony was amazing. The town was like a set from medieval time and felt safe and welcoming. The hotel was great I found the food good quality and plenty it. The room was fantastic with everything you would need for a great stay.

“Spacious apartment but a little modernisation needed.”
+The apartment is spacious and worked for a family and clean. Location was great. Communication before arrival was really good. The parking was a great bonus.
−The breakfast was very average and had some flies sitting on some of it. Not the hotel's fault but they are doing building work all along the front which has blocked the view from the restaurants at the hotel which is a shame. There was only 1 fan in the apartment(no air con) which left a very warm night for 2 of us.

“Overpriced but very nice facility.”
+Breakfast was wonderful but not included in price of stay. Facilities are comfortable and high end and enjoyed having a small balcony. Staff was helpful.
−Was charged for some extras at check out that we weren’t expecting. Apartment is located far away from hotel so not convenient to use pool, restaurant, etc.

“Top-Lage am Rhein, großzügige Zimmer und schöner Pool!”
+Tolle Lage, direkt an der Rheinpromenade, zentral gelegen und mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Rhein - idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Zimmer in der Residence sind geräumig, sauber und frisch renoviert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Pool. Insgesamt ein toller Ort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt!
−Insgesamt könnte die Unterkunft noch etwas familienfreundlicher gestaltet sein. Beim Frühstück wäre ein angepasster Preis für Kinder wünschenswert. Außerdem wären Teller und Besteck in der kleinen Küchenzeile eine praktische Ergänzung. Unsere Kinder haben sich dennoch sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

“Prachtig verblijf met geweldig uitzicht en leuke plaats.”
+Wat een entree! Of je in een sprookje binnen wandel. Het hotel is super en voorzien van een klein zwembad/sauna gedeelte. Wij zaten in de vernieuwde appartementen van het hotel en alles was tiptop in orde. Het ontbijt is in het hotel zelf. Dit was een goed ontbijt met alles erop en eraan maar oogde soms ook wat rommelig. Avondeten in het restaurant ook heerlijk en vriendelijke bediening. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!
−De vloerkleden in het appartement zijn levensgevaarlijk! Hier zit geen antislip onder en glijden zo onder je voeten vandaan.
