+Renato was incredibly kind and helpful, taking a lot of time to ensure I had a great time on the trip. He went above and beyond every day. The room was comfortable and spacious. He even took the time to install mosquito repellent and provide me with lots of recommendations. I had a gondola experience for 2€ rather than 90€!
−No real issues, Renato is a good communicator and very helpful.

“Comfortable stay”
+It was in a good location and away from the busy touristy sites. Close to Arsanale stop. The bed was very comfortable.

“Super close to Biennale! Cute Italian landlord! It's Venice, go there!”
+I came for the Venice Biennale and Renato's place is just a few minutes' walk from the Arsenale and within 10 minutes of Giardini. It was a large room, and Renato was painstaking in explaining how everything works. It was at the end of a non-busy passageway, with plenty of restaurants and other places to go, eat, and be.

“Experience”
+the location is great, i walked everywhere. I was there for the bienal it was really easy to find the way. Renato is friendly. To be honest i was a little bit nervous to stay someone's house as a solo traveler, however it was safe enough.
−I think price is a little bit too much comparing the facilities.

+Good location, near Arsenale, V.Garibaldi (restaurants) and Giardini.
−The single room was clean but very small and very hot with only a loud fan available. Bathroom is small and shared with visitors of the double bedroom and with the owner who lives on the same floor as the 2 rooms for guests. In the door of the bathroom, there is a frosted glass window which gives little privacy.

“Klare Empfehlung für Besucher der Biennale, die eine einfache preisgünstige Unterkunft nicht scheuen.”
+Privatwohnung von Renato, der ein sehr engagierter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber ist. Die Lage ist einmalig: Die Biennale (Arsenale und Giardini) sind quasi um die Ecke, aber auch die anderen Stadtteile sind gut zu erreichen. Eine sehr schmale Gasse direkt an der Station Arsenale führt in wenigen Gehminuten zur sauberen gemütlichen Unterkunft. Ich durfte am Abreisetag mein Gepäck noch bis zum späten Nachmittag abstellen. Gerne komme ich wieder!
−Es ist etwas hellhörig (Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert). Für ältere Personen (65+) ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Sie liegt im 2. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und es gibt eine Stufe zum Bad (Nachts gefährlich), das man sich mit Renato und dem Gast des 2. Zimmers teilt.

+Tout était super, l’emplacement est top, chambre très propre, salle de bain aussi , l’hôte Renato apporte quelques choses en plus dans le voyage, très gentil et donne beaucoup de conseils et d’astuces sur la ville, mention spéciale pour sa cuisine si vous avez l’occasion d’y gouter, que ce soit le repas ou les gâteaux, délicieux merci beaucoup à lui

“Espectacular estadía”
+La ubicación es ideal, a unos 100/200 metros de la estación Arsenale de Vaporetto. El cuarto era comodo y el baño compartido estaba muy limpio. El anfitrión, Renato, un auténtico italiano que te recibe cálidamente, te da muy buenos consejos e incluso te comparte su comida. Excelente estadía!

“Nie wieder Renato House”
+Die Lage war gut.
−Das Einzelzimmer war für mich nicht akzeptabel. Es ist nur ca. 6 m2 klein. Renato kocht in der Nacht und der Geruch zieht durch die ganze Wohnung. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Ich musste mir ein neues Quartier suchen.
