“Needs refurbishing but ok for quick basic stay”
+Comfortable bed and convenient location for airport
−No receptionist, had to phone to get room key, smoke alarm bleeping all night due to flat battery, very difficult to find from Dunmow Rd as sign unlit, unpleasant smell especially in bathroom, bathroom door in room 5 didn’t close.

“Bad servives”

−Location is bad, information is bad, communcation is bad, they move my hotel to a different address which i have no idea till i went to the hotel i book and even did not find the hotel. I was driving with the Taxi driver for over 20mins. Very bad service

+Love this property and it's local to where I needed to be so a big bonus. Local facilities to charge the car. Basic guest house but clean and comfortable. Thank you.
−Difficult to park the car in the property as a big van was there so parked outside. A no waiting sign was there. Nobody to ask so had to leave it there as nowhere else to park.. I didn't know the room number so rang up to ask. On my booking form it gave a pin code number but this was incorrect. Stansted told me the room number and code but unfortunately I couldn't remember it in the morning so had to leave the key near the door not inside the key safe sorry!. Not a complaint but the shower was slippery and the shower curtain was so short that the water went onto the floor. I used the shower mat to mop up. I've used this property previously and will again next week so I will remember to call before arrival to check my room details so it can be smoother.

+Nothing nothing really really worst place in my life. I have seen it so far. As soon as we walk into the room there were spiders the room was stinking dump the shower ridiculous the beds we are not clean. I will never ever recommend anyone to go there the most worst place I’ve seen entire my life.

−We travelled in the evening, it was very difficult to find the property. it is on the main road and although there is a small sign, it is not lit up at all. Also the room was very cold when we arrived as the radiator was not working, fortunately there was a free stand heater which helped a bit.
