“Very very good spa room. +++”
+We loved the exclusive spa room, the photos do not do it justice. If you get the chance would recommend. Spa bath is HUGE! 1 rainfall shower and 2 additional showers. Steam room and sauna. It was a great base for exploring Lecce. The spa was well used after a busy day exploring. Breakfast is extensive and we received a lovely gift when we left. We did not use the kitchen but looked good.

+This is a once-in-a-lifetime property. We stayed in the suite with the private spa and it exceeded our already lofty expectations. The pictures you see are real! And it is completely private (for those who book the spa room, the other suite has a hot tub but no spa access). It felt too good to be true. The host, Luca, was very accommodating and helpful with local recommendations, parking assistance, and providing a solid breakfast in the mornings. The location of this stay is amazing. It is right on the edge of the old town so you can walk to all of the best restaurants and tourist sites in Lecce in 10 minutes or less. There may be a review or two in here that mentions the immediate surrounding to be seedy but I found the neighborhood to be very nice and multiple friendly conversations with the locals.

“Fabulous”
+We would highly recommend this property. We spent 3 fabulous nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luca is a fabulous host with great tips on places to see and pleasant conversation. The location is perfect as it on the edge of Lecce old town and very quiet and peaceful…. Would definitely return.

“Unforgettable Cave Spa!”
+This hotel is close to the Historic center, perfect location, great hospitality and I am still stunned at the massive spa in our basement. Pictures do not do it justice, this was the most incredible property I’ve been too.

“La Spa è unica”
+La spa sotterranea è stupenda, ed è l’elemento che rende questa struttura davvero distintiva, le foto pur belle non rendono del tutto com’è. Per il resto le stanze sono accoglienti e pulite, Luca gentilissimo.
−L’ingresso è un po’ angusto e le scale abbastanza ripide. La struttura è ai margini del centro storico, comoda, ma non sempre si trova immediatamente parcheggio.

“Grand logement avec belles prestations”
+Le logement est immense et luxueux. Nous avions chacun notre salle de bains. Et le Jacuzzi est un vrai plaisir après 3 heures de ballade dans dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'avoir quelques produits locaux de plus. Luca a été impeccable, serviable et donne un service d'une grande qualité.
−On ne peut pas en dire autant du soi-disant responsable qui vient se mettre derrière le bureau au moment du petit déjeuner et qui ne dit même pas "Buongiorno* et qui insuffle un sentiment de malaise.

“Très sympa”
+L’emplacement à la lisière de la vieille ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Très bon accueil de la part de Luca notre hôte qui est d’excellents conseils et qui connaît toutes les bonnes adresses de restaurants.
