“Be careful what they charge you.”
+Booking.com quoted me one amount. When I Asked for a receipt I noticed they over charged me. Paper in window was some sort of inspection. It stated no mold. The underside of the toilet rim with smothered with black mold.

“Probably won't be staying here again.”
+Not much to like or dislike. It was surface clean.... The proprietor seemed ok. Parking was fine. The best thing was it was close to the train veiwing platform. We were only there to see trains
−It was not really clean. Just the surfaces were clean. The blankets were terribly stained with what I hope is spaghetti sauce. Half the hotel was burnt down . As a single mother traveling with her small child I was a bit scared when I got to my room. The 2 rooms next to mine was occupied by several men who were drinking cases of beer outside their room. It really turned me off and made me uncomfortable.

“Over-priced but fulfilled the need for close location to the swamp.”
+TV was large and the room had a nice big couch too sit on. From was generally clean. The check in was ready enough and made easy if you have to check out early. It was quiet and a good location for us.
−There's no breakfast. The room had a few like dingy fixes - like scrap wood used to brace up the sink and under the TV. There was a random hole in the floor carpeting. There was scum in the toilet and light scum on the floor of the tub, but both seemed cleaned. The sheets had some stains and the blanket was old but again they seemed clean. They tried to charge extra for credit card payment so watch out for that (I said it didn't say that on here and she backed down saying don't worry I won't charge you like she was making an exception.)

“Disgusting”

“The Relax Inn NIGHTMARE”
−It was awful. When you pull up the building is halfway burnt down. There are some people sitting outside the rooms with the doors open drinking beer. When we asked about the room, the woman running the place said it wasn't ready yet. Asked us to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. We told her that it was unacceptable and that we wanted to cancel. She said it was too late for cancellations. After we argued back and forth with her she made us pay a 20 dollar cancellation fee. When I tried to pay with a credit card she insisted we pay with cash. I had to tell her three times I don't carry cash on me. It was dirty, scary, and we couldn't get out of the parking lot fast enough!!

−They charged me $5 for use of my credit card. although that is how i booked the room. the only way to avoid the 5 was to pay cash, but there was no advance notice of this The bathroom fan and light was noisy; there is only one switch for that

+We arrived at the Rest Inn with a child who was listed on the reservation. He expected a swimming pool. We arrived to find the hotel was damaged for 1/2 of the rooms with Fire damage, and the pool had no water. We left and booked another hotel 20 miles away,
