“A tranquil slice of heaven in the Piedmont region”
+An absolutely beautiful property in a gorgeous little hamlet called Caggi. Where does one start when describing The Relax? It has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated and the bedroom and bathroom are lovely. An extremely comfortable bed which is huge! That’s coming from someone with spinal stenosis and scoliosis. My back didn’t suffer at all! The outdoor areas are exceptional with the most beautiful outdoor loft area with fantastic hammocks to relax in. Beautiful stonework and wood. Now onto our amazing host Barbara! She is the most wonderful warm fantastic lady! She absolutely made this trip for us! Recommending places to visit and eat and how to avoid the more touristy areas which is exactly what we wanted. We loved our time spent with Barbara and we will feel we have gained a truly lovely friend in our lives. We will be back! We cannot wait to come back here. We almost wanted to keep it a secret and be selfish! It’s a little tranquil slice of heaven in the hills of the Piedmont region. Ciao Ciao Barbara Grazie dal profondo del nostro cuore per tutor! ♥️

“Unacceptable and unprofessional”
+Large windows with a nice view, nice decor, and a peaceful location.
−The accommodation consists of two apartments. We had booked the upper one because it was advertised as having a nice view and a private terrace. However, upon arrival, we were given the lower apartment, which was dark and located right next to the road. When we pointed out to the host that she had given us the wrong apartment, she told us that someone else was staying in the one we had booked. She then began speaking loudly in Italian, smoking, talking on the phone, and generally ignoring us. Only after we mentioned that we would contact Booking did she agree,several hours later,to move us to the upper apartment. Even then, we were only given partial access. The apartment included a kitchen and a staircase leading to the bedroom, but the host informed us that the kitchen was hers and we were not allowed to use it. The next morning, other guests knocked on our door to access the kitchen and were upset that we had locked the door overnight. They proceeded to make breakfast while we were still sleeping. The listing stated that the apartment had a private entrance and balcony, neither of which were provided. As a final detail, the host asked us to walk barefoot in the house without off

“Accueil et lieux charmants, simplicité raffinée.”
+Magnifique endroit, très calme dans un petit hameau. Maison, jardin et anciennes granges restaurées avec goût. Design subtil alliant l'ancien et un moderne sobre pour les locaux communs et les chambres. Accueil très chaleureux et conseils efficaces.
−Tout est parfait. Une toute petite indication pour signaler l'entrée serait bien.

“Logement non conforme à la description, non adapté aux familles”
+Logement que nous avons trouvé en dernière minute, car notre précédente location avait été annulée au dernier moment Belle rénovation.
−Logement non adapté aux familles, sans cuisine, infesté de moustiques. Nous avons demandé à la propriétaire de nous dépanner pour nous cuire des pâtes, voyageant en famille avec nos trois enfants , ce qui a été refusé. Les photos de l'extérieur donnent envie, mais l'accès n'est pas le bienvenu, car il appartient à la propriétaire qui l'utilise, notamment avec ses invités Nous sommes partis le lendemain , après une nuit, alors que nous avions payé trois nuits et que nous avions la sensation de déranger.

“Relax, paz y vida !”
+Me gustó del alojamiento propiamente dicho, la higiene, la comodidad y la excelente atención. Vale destacar el gran empeño puesto de manifiesto por parte de la Sra. Barbara para satisfacer todas nuestras exigencias y siempre atenta a nuestras consultas y expectativas. Una maravilla! Vale la pena volver en alguna otra oportunidad que se nos presente.
