“Great place, good location. Highly recommended”
+The bedroom really felt comfortable. Not even to sleep but also to stay the evening reading a book or watching tv on the enormous screen. Felt like a real home.
−The (not dimmable) too bright lights in the bathroom. Spoiled the hot tub spa experience. Maybe a dimmer or warmer colour of lights would help tremendously

“Very pleased with the service we received.”
+The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were let into the hotel due to our late flight. The breakfast was very good and staff serving were really helpful.
−Room could have had a bit of an update but bed was very comfortable.

“Ideal Location to use as a hub, it was all charming, sufficient and efficient , we loved it.”
+We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here, we used it as a base to explore Florence and the surrounding areas. If you arrive at the main railway station the hotel is a 4 stop ride on the T1 heading towards Careggi Ospedale and get off at Muratori Stazione Statuto, the cost is €2 one way. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk, from there, there is a key code to get in which is sent to you and you get a door key when checked in. The building is the normal 4 storey continental terraced town house converted into an hotel. There is no lift in the building, the floors are either stone or wood, the ceilings are high, we loved it as it was what we expected, Tuscan city charm with a boutique like vibe. Our room faced the street, there is some street noise at times, just normal life as the hotel is on a residential street. Due to the high ceilings , the stone and wooded floors in the hotel we could hear the click of the front door being open and closed but for us it really was not an issue. The room was clean and tidy , we had a large double bed (two singles joined together, there was also another single bed in the room. There was a kettle and a TV plus a mini bar, the breakfast area was in a roo
−There was not anything that we did not like, everything was as we expected it to be, in fact we felt that the interior was more grand than we expected, it was charming.
