+Very friendly and welcoming owners. The room had everything you might need during stay, it was very clean. My room feced the back garden so it was pleasantly quiet in the room - no street noises. The hotel is located literally 5 (or even less) walking from the main railway station in Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella). The neighorhood is okay and safe. Just around the corner there is a lovely place where you can have an Italian breakfast (coffee and fresh pasteries). Also prices in Florence (in the centre) can be crazy expensive but this place is walking distance to all what city has to offer in a reasonable price.

−there was no bidet nor could the showerhead be detached in substitution of bidet, bathroom was very small/tight, soap offered was not effective for cleansing, there was water leakage from shower, could not close window shutters to darken room and shut out street noise could not be closed, management staff of parking offered was not friendly and expense high.

“Excellent location, price and hosts”
+The owner was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. They provided a map which they marked out all the main attractions on for us and what buses would take us where we wanted to go. They were very accommodating with luggage storing it for us on day of departure. They were incredibly pleasant and met us with a warm welcome each day.

“Localização sem dúvida! Atendimento dos funcionários!”
+Dos funcionários em geral, super educados e cordiais. O atendente me deu super dicas. A localização era muito boa, perto da principal estação de metrô Maria Novela/ estação de trem (dava p ir a pé mesmo com malas), ponte Vecchio, mercado principal, duomo, museu do Michelângelo, enfim deu p fazer tudo a pé. Há bons restaurantes e Carrefour express bem pertinho tb.
−Não tinha porta sabonete e shampoo no banheiro, com pouco investimento resolve. O frezer havia quebrado, sendo assim não foi disponibilizado.

−Porte di ingresso un po troppo rumorose. Suggerisco un po di lubrificante. Prezzi a Firenze hanno raggiunto valori esagerati.
