“Great Location”
+The location was very good. The neighbourhood near many restaurants. I felt safe. 100 m from via toledo and the Galleria and 200 m from Piazza Plescibito. The owner very friendly and helpful.
−The block was very old(as all the houses in this area). The room was not very comfortable. The bathroom had only one small towel bar, which did not fit for our towels and they could not dry. He can put extra towel hooks. It is easy.The wash basin was very small.The breakfast was not served in the room (i did not care about that). It was served in a coffee shop 150 m from the house.It only includes a croissant and a coffee. The croissant though was delicious and the coffe very good!!!

+The best thing about this place is the location: in the very center, in the historical quarter, 5 minutes walk from the San Carlo Theater, 10 minutes from the port. This mini-hotel includes 4 rooms and a small common area. An ideal place for a group of travelers. Despite some wear and tear in our room, everything worked flawlessly. Our room only had a small French balcony, but the other room had a large balcony with a table and chairs. Due to problems with arrival, we only stayed one night. And although communication with the owner took place mainly through the messenger, we received detailed information about the room, nearby places to eat, and so on. I would also like to note the presence of dense shutters that do not allow light to pass through.
−Of course, the room will soon need cosmetic repairs, but for now these shortcomings create a certain charm and harmony with the historical area. We had no problems finding this hotel, but perhaps the navigation needs to be improved; in the dark, you may not notice the current signs. For breakfast you need to go 5 minutes to the cafe, which may be inconvenient for some. But perhaps this option was offered to us since we were only there for one night.

−Niestety cały prysznic w kamieniu, na łóżku miałem wrażenie że jest dziura i się zapadam(nie podnosiłem materaca) bez instrukcji jak trafić do obiektu ciężko go znaleźć, śniadanie było ok-kawa i rogalik

“Bueno bonito barato”
+Está bien ubicado, en el barrio español. Tienes varias paradas de metro cercanas. La zona es tranquila. Cuando ves la entrada al edificio te quedas en shock, pero el piso donde te hospedas está reformado. La habitación está muy bien, como nueva, camas cómodas, hay un patio que se oye a los vecinos pero las ventanas están bien aisladas. La habitación estaba limpia. Hay una nevera comunitaria.
−El aire acondicionado estaba roto. Solo vimos a la gente que trabaja en el alojamiento a la entrada y la salida. No sé si en el caso de que necesitase que me guardaran las maletas durante el día hasta que cogiese el tren por la tarde-noche podrían hacerlo…
