“Lovely stay”
+Comfortable room and bed, mini fridge, good bathroom setup. Lovely hosts, very helpful, nice breakfast that you can have outside in the garden, good location just a short walk from lots of restaurants, private and safe parking. Good place to stay that allows to do day trips to the various towns around Garda Lake, very close to the many amusement parks in Lazise.
−Everything was good, just wished our room had a balcony, I think we had the only room without one.

+I cannot recommend this property enough! The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating,they even went out of their way to make us breakfast 1.5 hours early. Eating breakfast outside surrounded by beautiful trees was a daily highlight. The room was also perfectly equipped with everything we needed, including a private bathroom and a fridge. Having a dedicated parking area was another huge convenience for us. The location is unbeatable for exploring the south of Lake Garda, situated right between Sirmione/Peschiera and Lazise/Bardolino, and very close to the major theme parks (Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva). It’s also a great starting point for a scenic drive up north. Travel tip: Drive up to Malcesine and take the ferry to Limone and Riva.
−There really isn't much to complain about! If I had to pick one thing, the interior decor is a little dated and could perhaps be modernized a bit, but this was a very minor detail and didn't affect our stay at all.

+I loved the location, the green yard outside where to have breakfast. But I would like to highlight especially the cordiality of the owners, always available in case of need. I highly recommend this place.

“Assolutamente consigliato!”
+Soggiorno davvero piacevole! B&B immerso nel verde, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, ma allo stesso tempo comodissimo per raggiungere il Lago di Garda e Gardaland. Ambiente pulito, ordinato e molto accogliente. Il personale è super gentile, disponibile e attento, ti fa sentire subito a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

“Goede lokatie voor 3 nachten om de rechterkant van het Gardameer te verkennen”
+De kamer is heel eenvoudig, maar okee voor deze prijs, de tuin is gezellig en stil om te ontbijten, de koffie is lekker, het ontbijt ook heel eenvoudig. De gastvrouw Serena is super vriendelijk.

“Bardzo dobre miejsce na odpoczynek. Polecam.”
+Podejście właścicieli do klientów. Dbali o wszystko bez zbędnej napinki i opowiadania o niestworzonych rzeczach. Po prostu zaoferowali swoje miejsce najlepiej jak potrafią i to było świetne. Zadbali także o rowerzystów, co było dla mnie szczególnie cenne.

“Sehr schöne, gute, sehr saubere Unterkunft zum direkten losradeln bestens geeignet.”
+Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauberes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, passt aber in die Pinienumgebung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Gutes Frühstück. Bei gutem Wetter draußen unter Bäumen gedeckt. Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr schönen Balkon. Unterstand für E Bikes, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Haus ist mit einem Tor gesichert. 700 m entfernt gibt es etliche Lokale, etwas weiter entfernt direkt der Gardasee mit einigen Lokalen.

“Wir kommen gerne wieder!”
+Eine angenehm ruhige Unterkunft in einem großen Garten mit viel Grün. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, schönes ruhiges und angenehm großes Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch aber zweckmäßig mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das reichhaltige und sehr gute Frühstück konnte wahlweise morgens im Garten, unter den schattigen Bäumen, oder im Speiseraum eingenommen werden. Das Auto steht sicher auf einem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Der See mit Uferpromenade ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Eine Auswahl an guten Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung

“Preis- Leitung und Menschen vor Ort sehr gut”
+Es war sehr schön. Sehr nette Gastgeber, geräumiges und kühles Zimmer, schöner Garten, leckeres Frühstück. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar zum Bus gefahren. Am Abend gab es einen Shuttle Service von Lazise zur Unterkunft .
−Es war fußläufig weit vom Strand entfernt. Mein Mann hatte Beinprobleme. Wir haben uns nicht gut informiert. Außerdem dachten wir, wir seien näher an Lazise. Wir haben uns wohl tatsächlich schlecht informiert. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar zum Bus gefahren. Toller Service .
