“Super”
+Very friendly staff! We couldn't find the door because it was closed and there was no sign. So we called and they came out to help us. Great location as too, 5 minutes walking from Plaza mayor. For the money you pay its definitely worth it!
−Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent. Room got a bit cold at night, but there were enough blankets.

“Disappointed customer”
+Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! They said they serve breakfast but it was tea, coffee, coco tea, and a banana and a flatbread. Light summer throw and blankets that were so heavy they would put weighted blankets to shame. Language barrier was an issue and the host/manager seemed irritated by my complaints and made effortless responses. Not much like in the picture, I thought I was supporting local business but what a miserable 4days I had here because I could not cancel as I had altitude sickness and the accommodation had not comfortable communal areas. Given how its excursion dept central and gets dark early you will spend time there and its not nice

“Amazing, cute, safe and great staff”
+Great place to stay. 5 minutes walk to main square. Safe and secure area. Main front door it locked and you need to ring the bell to be let in. Our room was larger than others we had in Cusco and a lot warmer. Shower was hot. Towels were very soft, adequate bedding to keep warm at night and beds comfortable. Breakfast also better than other places - bread, jam, butter, juice, hot drinks, egg, cheese and ham. Courtyard area pretty and our room had a great view of Cusco. Cute doggie was a plus and staff very helpful, arranged us a taxi to airport. Wish we had stayed here for our whole time in Cusco!! Definitely recommend.
−Loved everything!

“Fabulous View”
+We stayed in 2nd Floor rooms looking out on Cusco. What a view! This is a modest family run hotel where you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy in a location that allows spectacular views of the city from some rooms.
