+The weather
−The very very basic small room . A/C not working . TV not working . No hairdryer. Filthy wall , full of footprints etc. Plug socket literally hanging off the wall , bit of tape holding partly on. Couldn't use door handle , without it falling off. Kitchen down the corridoor , full of ants . No kettle. Tiny bodywash sachets . Main digilock to all the doors not working , had to wait 1 & half hours outside for the manager to come to repair it.
