+It's a great location. Rooms are small and cramped. My main complaint is that they are listed as having parking. Closer inspection reveals off site parking. Then 2 days before arrival you get the details - on the road parking overnight only or a multi storey in the city centre with which they have no affiliation and would have cost me £100 for the duration of my conference. This forced me to book a last minute train. I messaged and got no response.

+No tea kettle, no tissues, no fridge. Could only climb in on one side of the bed. That’s how tiny the room is. Front check in person not friendly or welcoming. I would not book this hotel again.

+There is no elevator in the property. You need to carry your heavy luggages and climb very narrow stairs to the higher floors. If you don’t want to break your back, I would not recommend staying here. This property ran as Airbnb, instead hotel, they won’t give you changing towels after 3 days, and you need to text or call for any issues.

+Nice small flat. Next to a park, quiet. Around the corner, along the next street, there are many dining choices.

+Our room wasn’t so big, however the room, kitchen, and hotel was so comfy and clean.

“Great place to stay in Cambridge”
+The check-in process was really straightforward, with details sent by email. The guest house is near a 24-hour car park and, while that's not cheap, it is secure so worth using. It's on the edge of a park, and close enough to the city centre to walk in. It's very close to a number of bars and restaurants so it can get loud at the weekend but we were high enough up to avoid the worst of it.
