“Goid location”
+The location was right near everything we needed. A mall, restaurants, bars and markets
−The elevators were a little clunky

+I like the view, the pressure of the shower was nice, I like the swimming pool we could use as well.
−I didn't like they had terrible coffee and tea drinks which could of been alot nicer or a coffee machine would of been better. No milk either which I didn't like. not the best customer service as I had a issue with a man on a tok tok and they weren't very helpful or supportive as I got quiet emotional about it as it was my first time in Manilla. The security guard was more compassionate and helpful than the reception staff.

“Good value for money - very small place - and excellent location.”
+The location was the best thing - really max 5 min walk to Robinson's Place Manila - a huge shopping mall with everything I would need - grocery store, restaurants etc. Also maybe a 20 minutes walk to the museums - maybe 30 min to Intramural. The room was ok - a little cramped, but had everything I needed - room service, cleaning was available. So all in all it was great value for money paid. I could stay there again. The cafeteria could deliver breakfast and coffee, but no gourmet style.
−Well, it really was not a typical hotel - more like an AirBnB in a complex that offered full service. The entrance catered to businesses, apartments and everybody else in the building - not typical hotel reception. The room was cramped and there was not enough space to open the little hand luggage suitcase and the bigger checked in suitcase - so they filled up the kitchenette floor. The cafe restaurant was more like a neighborhood snack bar, but coffee was ok.
