+False advertising, was told the hot tub will be open that's the only reason I stay there and it was not !!!no one on staff to take care of the situation and talk to. I would have booked someplace else.

+Location was great.
−Room was ok but the lighting was a little dark and the fringe had duct tape on it.

“Wasn’t worth the price”
+Proximity to everything.
−Tiny room and bathroom.toilet rocked when you sat down and it was low. Faucet dripped all night. Remote to ac was dirty and didn’t work and you couldn’t see the controls on the ac to operate. Need to be updated and it was dusty.

“Good home base for Wally's concerts.”
+Location was great. Walking distance to the concert we went to at Wally's and to the beach. Bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was very quiet. We were able to pay for parking the next day after checkout while we went to the beach.
−Parking was very limited. We had to park on the side opposite of the building from our room and in front of the pool so our truck was sticking out into the sidewalk. Our neighbors were smoking cigarettes in front of their room all day so we couldn't keep our door or windows open. The outlets in the room were all on the wall and very loose and none of our chargers would stay in the wall. The front office attendants were behind a glass window and speaking through a low quality speaker so it was very difficult for us to hear and understand each other. I had to leave around 5am for a photoshoot and there was no light on the stairs in the middle of the building.

“Comfortable, relaxing.”
+There was no breakfast involved.
−Knowledge of how to prepare coffee makers and timing the right "general time" to get a fresh cup. I had to do it correctly one morning, another man, an employee, another morning. This hotel seriously needs new plug outlets.Even the rooms lights & appliances need newer outlets. Most everything you plug in falls/slides out of the socket.

“Disappointing accommodations for the price we paid.”
+The location is nice, easy to walk to the beach and resturants.
−The bathroom was not very clean- the tub looked like someone had left condotioner on the wall, the floor was dirty around the corners of the tub, the toilet was not anchored to the floor, the room did not resemble the photos, the sheets felt "gritty" almost like there was sand on them. The person at the desk kind of appeared annoyed as we were checking in. They requested that we check out, but the reception area was locked. There was a sign on the door to text a random number to check out and we never received any sort of confirmation that they received our text check out.
