“Beach suite review”
+Room was really nice comfortable bed and all the things you would want even cooking hob and microwave
−Radiator in main part of room didnt work so was very cold when got out of shower and theres no staff and bit loud being street level

“Redcar break.”
+The location, perfect for town and beach. Safe, off street parking. The shower. The room was lovely and clean and I do not like to be negative in next section as the price for a night was reasonable.
−We paid extra ( an upgrade in the facilities details) for a 1 bed apartment with seperate bedroom. Didn't get it. We got a bedside style room. We asked for a sea view, could not see the sea unless you stood on the bed or were 7ft tall (they should provide a box to stand on) the bottom windows are blanked out with plastic. The heater in room would not turn on, bin lid broken. Room needs a small table and chair to sit at to eat. There is 1 barstool at a worktop, so 1 person has to stand to eat . Bed needs either thicker pillows or extra ones.

“Didn't sleep well at all room too bright and bed was uncomfortable.”

−Initially the room looked nice but when we turned out the lights to go to sleep there was an alarm/monitor on the ceiling which shone a bright green light around the room and onto the carpet. It was so bright we struggled to sleep. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

“Very disappointed”
+We liked that many places we visited were within a reasonable distance from the apartment.
−The room was generally clean and tidy but there were a few issues. A couple of small marks on the quilt cover, no bread knife with the cutlery, the extractor switch for the shower/toilet room fan had been switched off, presumably for some time and there was a bad damp smell which we couldn't get rid of during our 3 day stay. The apartment was advertised as having a washing machine but there wasn't one. There were 2 pillows , there needs to be more and of better quality than what's currently there.The secure car park at the rear is not secure and neither is the large gate at the front of the building, unsure as to why this is, perhaps vandalism? Only one chair to sit on and no coffee table or table of any sort and only 1 bar stool at the kitchenette area. This made sitting down together impossible so we ended up sitting on the bed. The apartment was basically set up for 1 person and was not suitable for our needs. Oh nearly forgot, the shower/toilet room is compact to say the least, we are i would say, people of an average build but my knees actually touched the wall in front when I sat down on the toilet so had to sit sideways!
