“Disappointing”
+The bed was ok.
−I don’t know how this property received a rating of 9, but it is nowhere near deserving of it. As soon as you enter the shared hallway, which serves five separate rooms, you are hit by a strong sewage smell. The smell was also present inside the room where we stayed. This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in Italy, despite having stayed in many places, all booked through Booking.com. I contacted Beatrice, the person in charge, and informed her about the unpleasant smell in the room. She told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that the problem affected all the rooms. I spend the first night with the balcony door open, but it made no difference, as the smell was persistent and had permeated the entire room. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I don’t think the bedside tables had even been wiped down. The wallpaper was peeling off on the bedside, the bathroom taps and metal fixtures were worn out, there was hair on the bathroom floor and inside the vanity unit where the hairdryer was stored. The bathroom wall tiles were dirty, the metal strip at the bottom of the shower enclosure had blackened silicone, and there were visible traces of mould inside

“Lovely relaxed experience”
+Excellent communication & location. Bed was comfortable. Really appreciated being able to check in at noon and to leave our luggage while we enjoyed our day in Naples after checking out.
−The shower unit was faulty but water pressure was excellent.

+Poloha super,blízko hlavnej stanice, pizzerie Michele a Katedrály. Online check in a out veľmi ľahký, dobrá komunikácia online s Beatrice. Kávovar na espresso pre hostí na chodbe. V izbe je rýchlovarná kanvica, rôzne druhy čajov a vody v chladničke free. V kúpeľni tiež slušná výbava, sprchový gél, zubná kefka uteráky... Chýbali nám iba šľapky .
−Vankúše strašne nepohodlné, aj matrac by bolo treba už vymeniť.
