+The property is conveniently located near D’Mall, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and other establishments. We also appreciated having an on-site restaurant, which was very convenient for enjoying a meal after swimming in the pool. The staff were helpful and assisted us when we needed to transfer to another unit.
−Unfortunately, our stay came with several inconveniences. The air conditioning in our initial room broke down, so we had to transfer to another unit. While we appreciated the staff’s assistance, the replacement unit was quite different from the original one and lacked basic storage space, such as a cabinet for our belongings. The sink was also small, with limited space for toiletries. We encountered cockroaches in the unit as well, which was concerning in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and television were initially not working and required staff assistance to fix. The key card also did not work at first, and it took some time before we received a functioning one. Overall, these maintenance, cleanliness, and room amenity issues affected our comfort and experience during the stay.

−We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. While the room was quite expensive for what it offered, we understood that hotel rates in Boracay are generally higher. The location was convenient, as it was close to D’Mall and D’Talipapa. Our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. The staff told us that the bath soap bottle was missing from our room. We explained that when we first checked in, the bottle was in the bathroom. However, after we requested housekeeping during our stay, we noticed that the bottle was gone. The staff spoke to the housekeeping personnel, who insisted that they had left the bottle in the bathroom. They also claimed that we had asked them to refill the bottle, which was completely untrue. We never requested a refill because we brought our own toiletries and didn’t use the hotel’s bath soap at all. What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. Instead of investigating what happened, reviewing the CCTV footage, or checking whether the housekeeping staff had accidentally removed or replaced the bottle, they simply expected us to pay for it. Since we were already running late for our flight, we had no choice but to pay the ₱30

−The shower and toilet of the villa were blocked. There was no proper maintenance of the drainage. The restaurant staff were not really kind. Especially when we complained about our bill that was wrongly computed.

“My first Boracay trip”
+Location is very accessible. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Value is good for budgeting. Cleanliness could be improve. A peaceful place to stay with good soundproofing. Friendly staff who will greet you even if they're doing their chores. Amenities needs improvement but overall it's good.
