+The staff were very helpful when my booking confirmation did not go through, and I am grateful that they were able to secure a room for us at the last minute. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast.
−I was disappointed to find stains and dead insects on the bed, and the room felt quite cramped. The location was difficult to access due to a very steep driveway, and the lack of parking forced us to park at a distance and carry our luggage a long way. Additionally, the shower leaked into the main bedroom, and there were no towels or a hair dryer provided.

“Would not stay there again”
+The staff were very nice
−All the stairs, people walking around in their room all night above us and the creepy men with the sexual comments!

“Convenient!”
+The hotel is nicely located on a hill overlooking Queenstown, offering lovely views. The room was decent, with plenty of towels, tea and coffee supplies, and toilet paper. Shampoo was provided in the bathroom, although soap was missing.
−The room could get quite noisy at night when neighbouring guests were inconsiderate, despite the hotel's strict rules. Soap should be provided in the bathroom. The kettle was damaged, although still functional, and the heater failed one night, making the room very cold. Fortunately, there were enough blankets to stay warm. Breakfast could also be improved, with more variety, particularly eggs and fresh fruit.
