+I like the location. The beachfront is awesome. I like that we were allowed to do shore casting, and there is a really wide variety of fish in the area. We appreciate the staff's honesty about the limited parking spaces, which allowed us to adjust.
−The place looks old. I think it needs some renovation. I didn't get the window-glass wall in our room. I guess there used to be a flowing-water backdrop that isn't there now. It could have been awesome. We were told that we are not allowed to bring any food. However, there are not so many to choose from in the venue.

+The buffet had a nice selection of meals and can be quite filling. Sir bong was also very attentive and ready to render discovery and refresher scuba classes. Beddings and mattresses are old but still comfortable to sleep on.

+Food was nice and proximity to the sea. The decor of the dining is nice.
−Parking is too steep. The position of the facility is not senior friendly, many steps to climb. The AC was too noisy, the door knob was rusty. Not enough space to roam around. Much to improve. Pricy food package.. no alacarte.

“Good place to start free diving”
+You could easily arrange free diving and scuba diving course directly at the resort. They also offer full board meals that costs Php 1300, buffet style and the choices are filling.
−The hot shower didn't work and the toilet sometimes had issues.

“Nice diving but poor accomodation and overpriced”
+The best part of the hotel is the staff. A really friendly bunch of people. Hotel owner who is also a diving guide was very friendly and very professional during the dives. Jess, Miguel and Sunny Boy were always there with big smiles trying to help with whatever I needed. Diving in that location is great, beautiful coral just a few minutes on the boat. One of the very few things I can commend in terms of the facilities was the Aircon, quite modern, very efficient and very quiet, in sleep mode almost couldn't be heard while still keeping room cool.
−Unfortunately... Hotel is in rather poor condition, it is really old and it shows everywhere, in the rooms, in the main areas. Room is rather small (and I've as kindly upgraded to a bigger one free of charge) and is what I can only describe as unfurnished. There are beds, small bed tables and one shelf. No wardrobe, hooks, shelves, cupboards,. nothing to put your stuff in. You will be keeping your stuff in the suitcases. There were issues with water, taps were spitting water and gurgling and in the last two days water turned black. Staff managed to fix it temporarily but the issue reappeared later, it wasn't nice not being able to take shower before checking out early. Also poor and slow internet and in the last two days internet went down with rather little explanation or reaction from staff. Also, for additional fee you can get breakfast or even full board meal. And while food is ok the price for that is simply outrageous (for Filipino standards), of course that's optional and your are free to skip that and eat in nearby village. Also, in terms of diving, it's my first time when I was charged for using weights, I find that rather odd. As I said earlier diving here is really nice
