We stayed 2 nights in a glamping tent with 2 kids, 6 and 7. We loved it! Tent was basic, as expected, but beds were comfy and gas heater inside made it warm enough on a chilly night. Our kids loved the Flintstones inspired playground complete with dinosaur slides and pedal karts and a very creative flintstones village. We liked seeing the caged raptor birds and feeding the goats and alpacas. Fred's diner, which is on-site, serves up great pizzas and burgers. We also enjoyed dinner across the road at the Grand Canyon Inn. The only problem was that the kids wanted to spend all day playing at the Raptor Ranch rather than go see one of the 7 wonders of the world!

Was very dark when arriving, made it hard to find our tent. Sign in front or across from bathroom would help, also in front of number to tent.

What a beautiful property! The tent itself was well stocked and came with things such as lighters for the fire and sticks to roast some marshmallows. The bed was tiny but comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The RV camp is right behind the tents which would be an eyesore except they have the tents facing out towards the field so that worked out. Nice and quiet as we only had one other person there. We stayed two nights but it was a perfect distance right outside the Grand Canyon. There was a little restaurant across the street that had some great fajitas as well! All in all would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a quiet glamping trip with close proximity to the park!

This place was fantastic. There are only about 10 or 12 tents, so you aren't swarmed with neighbors. Kids loved the location being part of the old Flintstones Bedrock City park. Free entry as guests. They thought it was the highlight of our entire trip! There are a handful of good restaurant options close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Raptor Ranch was an affordable glamping experience that is closer to a real camping experience. No electrical outlet so be prepared (other than a small USB to charge phone). If you don't know how to turn on a gas heater, you will freeze at below 40. Showers for glamping (2 next to each other) were very clean & new but there really is no point of having a shower stall when hot water is not available (trust me I had it running for 10-15min to give it an ample of time to heat up. Our family chose to skip shower for that day. It is about 30min drive to the Grand Canyon and is great if you are just staying for 1 night without the need to take a shower. Avoid the scorching heat inside the tent during summer by driving to the canyon. Come back around 7pm to light up the fire logs (cheaper to buy at the local drugstore) + color changing packs, bring a projector with a portable battery to run some movie against the tent, and adult beverages to warm up at night. Don't leave valuables inside the tent as there is no lock & make sure the hot waters are working for shower and you will have a pleasant experience. :-) There are fun Flinstone themed fixtures inside the property to explore and anima

Exceeded expectations. Tents were super neat and clean, with heaters and a battery pack to charge electronics. Will definitely return!
