“A good budget stay”
+They provide big rooms, a beautiful pool and view of the sea. It's clean and tidy.
−It's a bit run down. But clean and good value for money. Water pressure in the shower is weak. But works.

“I would not return to this accommodation.”
+The staff done nothing to go out of their way to make anything easier for you. I asked for a second key for the room and it’s like I asked them for $10 million. I rented a scooter for one day and paid the appropriate price. If I wanted it for one hour more, they charged you a complete day. They don’t no favours.

“Good location if you don’t plan to sit on the beach”
+Central location to some good bars and restaurants. Nice pool. Very spacious room, kind of a Balinese style. High ceiling with thatching. Side view of ocean.
−There is no beach. This section of Mui Ne has cement covering the beach town stop erosion. I didn’t know this. It’s a fair way in either direction to find a sandy beach but to be honest this is a kite surfing town so quite windy. Air con in my room didn’t really do much, maybe cause of the high ceiling or maybe just old. Other rooms might be fine.

+As a few reviews have mentioned the hotel is not by a beach, it is by the ocean, but with a concrete ramp leading down to the Ocean. However a short walk to the north and you have a very nice beach so we never saw it as a problem. Good service and friendly staff. This is an excellent mid range hotel, and yes, some parts of it are a little bit dated, but not worn out by any means. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.
