+Convenient location, kitchenette, washing machine. Close to stores and attractions. Appx 400m from underground . Post communicated well and was very easy to get along with.
−On arrival we only had cold water until we were told we had to go out and start the hot water tank in the common area but after that we had hot water.

“Not worth the money, some facility updates are needed”

−To be honest we are disappointed about the accommodation we found here instead of how the photos on booking look like. Towels and sheets were dirty, the windows/doors could not be completed closed, we needed to block it with a wardrobe or something not to be cold and very noisy from outside. The shower and the sink from one room were somehow broken not working so well the sink as the water overflows everywhere (we managed to make it work a little better). The shower runs too slow…

“This apartment was one of the best things about our stay in Napoli”
+We loved our gorgeous, spacious apartment in this very busy and lively neighborhood. Anna was easy to communicate with up to and during our stay, and she even arranged a driver to pick up our family of 8 in Sorrento and drive us to Naples. She met us at the taxi and walked with us to the door of the building. We were early but were able to store our luggage in the kitchen, and she told us where to get pizza nearby and spend some time while the cleaner finished. It turned out to be a Michelin starred restaurant which we never would have known about if not for Anna. This neighborhood and those nearby are brimming with restaurants, coffee shops, small stores for essentials, and fun shops. A 20-30 minute walk brings you to the National Archaeological Museum, Duomo, the contemporary art museum, and so much more. One couple in our group rode the metro and said it was easy to navigate. It’s not easy finding stays for 4 couples, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and decorated in a way that maintained the historic feel of the building, yet was modern and funky. +Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια απάντησε άμεσα στα προβλήματα που είχαμε και μας έστειλε άμεσα τα προϊόντα προσωπικής υγιεινής.
−Η τιμή κόστους και παροχών δεν ταίριαζαν. Υπάρχει ένας κοινόχρηστος χώρος όταν μπαίνεις στο κτήριο, έξω από τη πόρτα εισόδου υπηρχαν αρκετά σκουπίδια και μέσα είχε σακούλες με πλυμένα λογικά σεντόνια πετσέτες, στο νεροχύτη υπήρχαν άπλυτα πιάτα. Σχετικά με το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε ένα πηχακι από τη γωνία του τοίχου ήταν πεσμένο στο πάτωμα οπότε το τοποθετήσαμε σε άλλη γωνία. Το ακριβώς απέναντι πηχακι ήταν κολλημένο με χαρτοταινια. Ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου ήταν βουλωμενος και δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου προϊόντα προσωπικής υγιεινής όπως σαμπουάν, αφρολουτρο. Το μικρό μπαλκονακι που είχε το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο. Επίσης παρ όλο ότι το κατάλυμα γράφει ότι υπάρχει χώρος φύλαξης αποσκευών, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι τελικά δεν υπάρχει οπότε αφού αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο την συμφωνημένη ώρα έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε έξτρα αφού η πτήση μας ήταν απόγευμα.

−C'e' stato molto caos con il check in e con il pagamento delle tasse di soggiorno, l'appartamento non era pulito come dovrebbe e mancavano punti di appoggio, cattivo odore legato a umidita'.

+Las indicaciones fueron muy claras para hacer el ingreso a la habitación y la llegada desde la estación central, lo cual fue muy útil. La atención de Anna en todo momento.
−Me hubiera gustado que hubiera jabón para el lavarropas, hubiera aprovechado a lavar, pero no encontré. Esta vez fue un viaje corto por Italia. Cuando he hecho viajes largos, suelo llevarlo conmigo, pero no esta vez. Sino no hubiera sido problema.
