“A welcoming introduction to Wellington”
+The suite was well equipped and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, especially the night manager on Friday 9 October who helped resolve access issues. Well located within reasonable walking distance of the harbour.

+The room was very large and had a separate sitting area and kitchen. The location was also convenient to Cuba St. and many sights. The main bonus were separate washer and dryer. What a bonus to have.
−They charge $35 for parking. A ridiculous amount, but you can park just up the street for $8.

+Great location great staffs.
−It was sooooo dirty. There was all sort of dirty patches on our beddings, in both rooms!

“I will stay in this hotel when I come back to Wellington.”
+The hotel was conveniently located near cuba st and the museums. The room itself was big and well equipped. I love that we had a washing machine and dryer in our toilet and the bathroom was still big enough to move around. The Kitchenette was also good enough to be used to cooked for simple foods and it had been stuffed with utensils.
−i just wish the rubbish bins was a little bit bigger since they also don’t do housekeeping everyday.

+The friendly staff and the location.
−On Friday morning we had no hot water for several hours. The phone didn't work properly, I had no iron, ironing board or sufficient hangers and the TV had to be tuned in.

“Highly Recommended”
+The room is very clean and just a short walk from the main street. There’s plenty of parking available just across the road (free after 8pm). The room also has its own washing machine and dryer.
−There used to be washing liquid provided in the room, but there wasn’t any this time. Perhaps it’s now only provided upon request.

+Friendly and knowledgeable reception. Unit very clean and well appointed with one exception. (See below) with all amenities one would expect. Comfortable bed. Nice to have natural light with city scape view from 4th floor. Bathroom and laundry facilities in the unit excellent..
−The intermittent reception on the TV which required a visit from maintenance ( very helpful) to re boot so tv1 could be accessed. Still dodgy the following day. Limited channels available and no facility to cast from phone on demand or from sky go as it wasn't a smart tv. If this hadn't been the case we would have rated our stay excellent rather than good.

+Receptionist Tino was fabulous, the room was big and massive windows, perfect spot for us physically.
−The room was very unclean. There was leftover food and drinks from previous occupants in the fridge (which then stank for the whole of our visit) the bathroom.floor had muck all over the floor, bits of hair, fluffy, dirt (mainly behind the door so clearly got missed when the cleaners came in). Bins also hadn't been emptied and when someone came to empty them made to feel like we were being a burden and asking too much! The floors all needed a good vacuum and there were crumbs everywhere and there was a big, fluro pink chip of nail varnish left on the coffee table. The whole room needed a blooming good, deep clean.
