+Having shuttle from and to airport is nice. Coffee and hot water is available 24/7. There is also a water fountain which is not available in many hotels.
−Airport shuttle is not worth if you have 3 people because it is the same as getting an Uber, even with 2 people and some lightning deal from Uber, the rate is the same. A few new towel has some small pieces hair, so I am skeptical about the cleanliness of the towel. It also takes 20 minutes for walking + bus to get to the train station (the bus schedule is not really reliable, when the gap between 2 buses can be 30 minutes over the weekend), and another 30 minutes of going by train to get to central Boston where most tourist attractions are located. Breakfast has the worst scramble egg I have ever had. Options are also limited. The online picture has the swimming pool but apparently it is closed for maintenance. But honestly I don' think they are actively repairing the pool. Heater occasionally has a very loud sound that wake me up at night. Seems like it starts pumping out the heat periodically when the temperate drop below a certain point.

+Offer transportation from and to airport and cruise port with reasonable fee $10 per person per trip. Also, the next door was a very good chocolate shop.
−Expect room in 1sr floor or near stair but they gave me the room all the way back of hotel. Request again but since I stayed only one night so front desk staff refused change the room for us :(

“it worked for what we needed, but it was not comfortable.”
+Next to a great bowling alley facility. shuttle to the cruise port was very helpful.
−we were in the middle of a significant storm, and the floor in the room was wet in spots as a result.

“It was okay. It was convenient .”
+The room was clean. It was convenient to the airport. I didn't realize there was free breakfast. The staff didn't share this with me.
−The bathroom had no place for toilet tissue. The knobs to turn on the shower were hard to turn. The tub was old and needed replacing. The front desk staff seemed impersonal.

“Management at this Hotel is poorly run😟”
+The location
−Poor maintenance issues. Door card reader issues. poor Tv reception. Shuttle always late to arrive at Hotel. Poor Wi -fi reception . Could only get Wi-fi reception in hotel lobby. I would not stay here again. After paying bill on Hotel.com After arriving at Hotel they charge me again for my room. They said since I filled out their on-Line pre arrival they sent me to fill out before my arrival their third party contractor bill me again. They said they could not do anything about it they said it was their corporate office problem.

“Decent very busy hotel. OK dollar value.”
+Didn’t have breakfast because the breakfast area was always full and there were not enough tables.
−Breakfast area was tiny. Elevator button on the third floor was missing so I had to walk to the second floor to bring the elevator up to the third floor. First room given looked like it had been kicked in or pryed open so had to request a room change. Second room was secure and value expected.
