“We didn't stay due too room conditions and no manager on site.”
+When we first arrived, our room wasn't ready. We had to use the bathroom so the front office offered us the facilities by the pool. The lights didn't work, toilet didn't flush, no soap and no paper towels. What a great welcome! Then when our room was ready (only 1 out of 2 rooms). We all got there. It was damp & musty & smelled of mold. Having breathing issues, I couldn't stay. Go back to the office and they offered to upgrade. If this was a basic room for this price, what was the costs next. Knowing this was a non-refundable stay, we forfeited our funds and moved on down the road. No manager on site, it was the front desk making calls and going into another room.
−Everything.

“Do not stay here.”
+Nothing.
−While waiting for our room we used the pool restroom. No lighting. No toilet paper. Toilet did not flush. Room smelled of mold. Whole property smelled. Could not stay at this place. Left and requesting a refund.

“We had a wonderful time. Very relaxing and accomodating.”
+I love the quaintness, the amenities (breakfast, kayaks, private beach with chairs/umbrellas--all included). The rooms are like apartments, very comfortable. The staff is SUPER. We already spoke of coming back again.

“Horrible”
+There was no fire alarm in our room and the gas stove was removed. We was told the gas was turned off. There was hair in the sink beds not clean and we asked for a refund as we left before our stay was complete because they refused to give us a new room.DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS
−Everything

“Location location location”
+I loved the location. The view was incredible. The pool was a wonderful treat on those extremely hot days. Breakfast was included at the on-site restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.
−Unfortunately, you could not swim or access the water due to the sargassum which also had tons of trash mixed in it and the smell was bad at times. The bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back but this is subjective.
