−Service of staff especially Prerna was exceptional. We found food spicy, she took extra efforts to get it changed to suit our taste. It indeed was commendable

+The landscaping is marvellous. Facial at the rate charged 7500 was not at all value for money .no steam machine no equipments ..was very average quality as if for 750 rs facial we paid 7500. Gym was very good pool was very good .evening there should be more happenings like Rajsthani traditional dance .... singing entertainment was below an average. Flute was very good during the breakfast .

“Heaven on Earth”
+The location of Raffles in Udaipur is truly unique being the only luxury hotel on a large lake and nature reserve which is spectacular, full of tropical flora and fauna. From the very moment we arrived we were welcomed like family and treated like royalty with a boat ride across the lake and a buggy ride to the hotel. The grounds and the facilities are second to none being a true five star hotel. Upon arrival we were showered with rose petals and again welcomed into the fold like we were family. The whole process of checking in was seamless and we were shown to our room which was absolutely beautiful with every facility and luxury you could imagine and a view to match throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem and in fact staff were literally falling over themselves to help us and make sure that our stay was truly memorable. A special thanks to the floor manager Aman who really looked after us and gave us his direct contact as a service and also to Karan at the breakfast area who looked after all our dietary needs, last but not least least Mohit at the pool who pampered us daily. We are definitely coming back
