“I was pleasantly surprised to be immersed with the local people.”
+The location was great for closeness to the train station, tram and bus services. Small fridge was very handy. Close to grocery store, restaurants, cafes and gelatoterias.
−A luggage rack would be handy. A kettle and a couple of ceramic cups to make tea or instant coffee in the room. Maybe one comfortable chair for reading instead of metal chairs. Your on line advertising gave a false impression and was staged to look like a modern, upscale hotel. As I walked up to the front of the building I thought I was in a ghetto. I saw the Radio Hotel sign on the outside of the building, but I had to ask someone on the street to confirm that I had the correct address/locaton. The front door of the building was locked and there was no signage in the window stating that the hotel was on the 7th floor. I expected the hotel lobby to be on the main floor and when I looked through the glass door there was nothing there. I thought I had been scammed out of my money.

+It was a decent location to the university of Roma Tre. Trams are close
−Lift is too slow. Hotel is in 7th floor. Need to buzz everytime to get in. The room is too small and I paid way lesser at other places nearly half the price for twice the room. The AC didn’t work in my wife’s room at all. I saw multiple guest complain too. It felt like a jail

+The hotel is super basic in a quiet bad area, noice, traffic, suspicious people in the street by the entrance of the hotel.
