+Amazing location and views Clean & modern
−As there were 4 in our party more clothes storage & vanity space would have been useful.

“Good location, not as it was advertised”
+The location of the accommodation was very good, few minutes walk to the vatican city and the metro, Riccardo the host was available to any questions
−I booked the room specifically for the view as stated in the booking, as it was my birthday,i got a text after to say that the room i booked will be an interior one?? So no view at all, the host said the room with view is not available, no toiletries available as stated apart from shower gel and soap, also when you book this place make sure to be ready to pay a “tourist fee” €7 per person each night, didn’t know until the night before my flight

“Great location, great accommodation”
+Location was fantastic and good facilities
−If lift was in use it was a good few flights of stairs up and the lift only held two people at once

+Great location with easy access to St Peters Square & plenty of restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed having a mini fridge in the room.
−Shower was nice but needs a deep cleaning. Prefer to have better towels.

“View from our RC Vatican window.”
+Location is excellent to visit all the four major Vatican churches. Ottaviano is the closest station by Metro rail. There’s supermercado close by to get water/drinks (if you don’t fancy eating in restaurants), salad dinner and a variety of bread/cheese for breakfast/fruits and yoghurt. there’s a fridge. Good for sleep in, with toilet/no bidet and shower . Towels provided with shampoo/shower liquid, if not particular with brand. Hair dryer. A coffee maker and you can ask for replacement coffee pods.. we had 5 pods for 3 people on Day 1. We stayed for 3N. There’s a little security code box, can’t fit my Remarkable notebook (you can roughly guess the size). It is a small room that fit us 3 adults quite comfortably for 3N sleep over.

“Great room, location, air con work perfectly!! We would defiantly use again.”
+The room was very clean, great location, please look out for the what's app from the host. The fridge had water in it on a very hot day!
−The lift was the only fault I can have 2 people max, but we were a party of only 2 of us it did not matter.
