“Great venue and facilities”
+Excellent location and facilities on site are really really good. For kids there is loads of different things to do which is excellent (table tennis/ table football/pool/football/trampoline/ sandpit etc. lovely walk into the village and it was very close.
−Owner was very very helpful but we were probably unaware before going he was onsite all the time. There were a lot of rules probably a bit pedantic (for a holiday) and a few times kids being kids( and adults too) broke them and were immediately pulled up on this which made us feel we were being supervised all the time when we were outside. Our kids were unaware and enjoyed it massively though.

“We had a great time in a lovely place!”
+A calm, relaxing place, clearly cared for by the host. Very nice areas in which to relax and hang out/play games. Pool was small but refreshing. Easy, and nice path to market, shops and seaside, including beaches. A very friendly, approachable and helpful host.

+We had a nice stay at the villa. The property is very well maintained and the view was amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the centre, no boredom while walking during the day. Would book this place again in the future visit to beautiful Cascais. Big thumbs up for the wine, coffee, bisuits and water.
−The only thing that they lack is a washing machine. Other than that, no problem at all.

+מרחבים נהדרים בחוץ, המון פינות ישיבה ומשחק. מרקו אדיב ונעים. עזר בכל מה שצריך. מיקום נהדר. קרוב ברגל לעיר ולים, אבל גם המקום שקט מאד!
−הדירה ללא חלונות כמעט כך שאין הרבה אוויר. אבל המרחב בחוץ מפצה ממש!!

+Quinta da Villa liegt in einem Tal umgeben von sehr alten gemauerten Terrassen etwas abseits von der Stadt. Idyllisch! Ruhig, wenn die Hähne nicht krähen.
−Der Weg in die Stadt und zum Strand war auch sehr idyllisch an einem trockenen Graben, aber für Leute, die nicht so gut zu Fuß, weit. 3500 Schritte.

+Todo. El entorno del apartamento en la naturaleza y a la vez cerca de la zona turística y de playas, con acceso caminando. El dueño, Marco, ha sido muy amable en todo momento, nos ha recomendado lugares que visitar, comidas, playas...Además nos invitaron a una cena de comida típica que estaba muy buena y nos regalaron entre otras cosas una botella de vino.

+Вилла расположена в очень удобном месте для спокойного отдыха. В 10 минутах от центрального рынка и магазина, в 20 минутах от пляжа. Территория очень большая, учитывая что максимум может расположиться 2 семьи гостей + хозяева, то места для отдыха хватает всем. Бассейн в собственном распоряжении, для совместного отдыха семьёй есть теннис настольный, сетка для волейбола, поле для баскетбола, батуты и маленькая детская площадка. Все безопасно и дети в зоне видимости. Есть терраса для барбекю и настольные игры. Это апартаменты где кухня объединена с гостиной, туалет с душевой и спальня. Всего хватает для обеспечения быта. Также нам разрешили срывать свежие бананы и инжир, так что завтраками с фруктами мы были обеспечены. До вокзала, откуда отходит поезд в Лиссабон 15 минут пешком. В общем, для спокойного семейного отдыха, в безопасности и тишине, Вилла отличный вариант.
−В целом апартаменты были чистыми, но где в углах модно было заметить пыль.

“Prima appartement!”
+De locatie was fijn, op 10 min wandelen door een park naar het centrum en de zee van Cascais. Het was er lekker rustig en ruim opgezet. En er was veel te doen voor onze zoon van 12jr. Het basketbalveld was favoriet. Verder was Marco, de eigenaar erg aardig en behulpzaam. Hij checkte regelmatig bij ons of alles oké was. En we kregen vers geplukte bananen uit de tuin.
−Het appartement had maar aan 1 kant ramen, daardoor was het binnen een beetje donker en ook muf was. Vooral de badkamer stonk. Deze was wel best schoon, maar de geur was niet fijn. Het zwembad was netjes en leuk opgezet met ligbedden en zitjes eromheen, maar wel beetje klein (leek op de foto groter).
