+We arrived early and asked to leave our bags, however, reception kindly allowed us to fully check-in well ahead of schedule. The room was huge and comfy.

“Very enjoyable.”
+The size of the apartment was excellent for us having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, dining area and lounge area. There was a grocery store across the street and a tram stop outside the door so getting around was simple. Within easy walking distance there was plenty of choice for eating out but having the kitchen and full size fridge meant we could easily make breakfast, keep drinks cool and have snacks available. The staff were cheerful and ready to help if we needed anything.

“Good for a family stay”
+Location was good. Showers had good pressure. Dishwasher etc worked well (would be good to have instructions clearly available).
−The rooms were a little tired - hooks missing or not attached correctly; kettle kept ‘blowing’ open when boiled. Also very easy to hear street noises and neighbours.

“Convenient and affordable accomodation.”
+Clean and comfortable. Bathroom products were beautiful.
−Kitchen needs improvements. Burnt mark on bench and dishwasher needs repairs. The bottom rack is hitting the spray arm.

“We found Melbourne an incredible city and will come back.”
+Having an apartment was much better than having a hotel room. The space and being able to live as close as possible to a normal life was great.
−We could have picked our location a little better if we had visited Melbourne before. Not being used to the noise of the trams at night was a bit trying. The apartment was great but a little more knowledge on our part we could maybe have chosen a different location to where we were.
