−I booked and paid for a room with a large double bed, but what was provided was two single beds pushed together. The beds were not properly secured or connected and repeatedly pulled apart during the night whenever my partner and I moved towards the middle. We could not comfortably use the full width of the bed and had to avoid the centre because the mattresses kept separating. This was not what I expected after specifically paying for a large double bed, and it significantly affected our sleep. I was also disappointed that no complimentary drinking water was provided. When I asked reception for water, I was told that it was their policy not to provide it. I have stayed at Quest in Macquay before and have always been provided with water, so the difference in service was surprising and disappointing. Between the bed not being what I paid for and the lack of even basic complimentary water, the overall experience was poor. I would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it.

+Pretty big room, good location, was very comfortable
−The shower was quite slippery and didn't appear clean, but could have been residue from cleaning products. Not a huge deal.

“Great apartment, free parking, convenient location”
+Really enjoyed the apartment's spacious layout. Generous rooms and a great kitchen and laundry facility. The location was perfect for the training facility nearby, and plenty of eats/train in walking distance. Ample free parking and fast wifi too.
