+The staff is helpful but that's the only thing.
−It LOOKS like clean and decent but it is only the look. For bathroom the shower is too small for a normal person, the water pressure is horribly hard to control. The bedroom light and charger doesn't work, it is because they did not even plug in the power point for it. To sum up, it looks like decent but the quality is horrible, never be on a quest again.

+Pretty much everything. The studio (28) was lovely, spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfy too. It had a washing machine and dryer which was a bonus. The location was superb, and you could easily spend a week here.
−It was rather noisy late into the night. But there is a note about that and we were warned in advance. To be quite honest. I just popped some earplugs in, and it was all good. The only real negative I have is that the shower was over the bath. I am only 5' 4" and my head touched the shower head whilst standing and I felt slightly uneasy, as there was nothing to hold on to incase I slipped. If I'd had a bath it would have been fine. My partner is 6'4" and didn't bother showering as he did not fit at all. A walk in shower would be better. For this type of studio.

+First room was noisy over the pub beer garden but staff was very efficient in quickly finding a quieter room as we were staying for four weeks. Desk staff were all always very helpful, particularly Celine. Nice balconies and apartment was quite spacious.
−We asked for the mattress to be changed as one side had a depression in it from longer term use. This request was promptly facilitated. Oven and filter overhead could have been cleaner. Daily parking fee seems excessive.

“Good”
+Location
−On arrival went to room we had booked but extremely unhappy with room size and comfort, shower did not even work correctly either freezing cold or scolding hot, tiny room and very noisy, asked to be moved to another room which cost us more money.

“Very enjoyable and comfortable. Convenient to everything. Shops and beach in easy walking distance.”
+The room is a studio with seperate bedroom and bathroom. This is very handy when one is an early riser and the other isn’t. I could move around, watch tv and make breakfast without disturbing my partner. It was opposite the beach with a view of the water and a verandah. The windows open so could get fresh air.Secure parking is available for a nominal extra fee which was great as parking in Cronulla is very limited.
−The shower is over the bath and very slippery. Anyone with mobility issues should let them know and see if a different configuration is available. The road outside can be very noisy but quest did warn us that facing the road may be more noisy. Hoons use Eloura Rd as a bit of a racetrack so screeching cars were disturbing. It is next to a very busy pub so patrons leaving the pub at midnight could be noisy. This is not the fault of quest but something to take into account when booking
