−Woke up many times during the night to what we believe were rats clawing around the roof/walls. We found from looking outside the window that there was a hold in the roof with slate damage where they might have gotten in. Didn’t sleep well at all because of the sound. No photos of the room given in my booking. Was nothing like the photos listed. Mould in bathroom with mouldy smell. Dirty toilet brush upon arrival. Dusty toilet/bedroom, floor under bed not clean. Hairs around the space. Blind is completely useless, it is the incorrect blind for a slanted window, if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by sunlight as you cannot shut the blind.

−This hotel is accessed with a PIN number. This was not received in advance. We had to turn up and call and wait. We were told we should have had an email to check in and get PIN. This didn't arrive and at no point was this communicated through the booking.com messages. There was no courtesy check to ensure we had all details. This is an unmanned hotel. That would be fine if there weren't issues that had to be reported. We encountered various problems all of which we had to phone them for, leave a voicemail and wait for them to phone back. We had 3 rooms for 5 people. When we arrived between us we had 3 hand towels, 3 bath towels and 1 bath mat. We called them about this. They did put 2 extra bath towels in 1 room but didn't correct the others. There were Inconsistent tea and coffee supplies across the rooms. Some had tea, some had coffee, some had both but no milk. None of them had anything to stir the drinks with. There are soons in the shared kitchen however but no means to top up supplies. No reception or person to get the missing things from either. The pump on a soap dispenser was missing or snapped off in one room. This was reported but not rectified. One room had a leaking c

−TOUT Poussière partout. Velux sans store fonctionnel. Humide et trace de champignons dans la salle de bain. Logement très bruyant avec zéro isolation. J'ai voyagé mais je n'avais jamais vu une chambre pareille. Même moins chère je n'y retournerai pas.
