−Bed was ok on one side but not the other. No taxis in the area.

“Lovely stay with beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms!”
+Loved our stay here! The rooms were so nice and spotlessly clean. Really pleased with our stay and would happily come back.

“Very clean, well presented with good faciltities and friendly staff”
+Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Facilities.
−It would be good to have a room rate without breakfast as I never have it. Parking overnight is mainly across the road in a paid for car park. You end up having to pay for 2 separate sessions if you arrive after 7pm but leave after 7am. The car park used to be free until recently. It's not the QPs fault but it was a bit overcomplicated. I had 5 different invoices to process from Ringo for a 2 night stay.

“Nice hotel but they need to highlight the breakfast and parking in their advert”
+It was quite comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful going as far as carrying our bags up stairs which was nice .
−Breakfast was located 2 doors down the road so a bit misleading on their advert. Additionally their car parking at the hotel was very small and no spaces so the only option is a pay public car parking opposite costing an extra £11.00 which again was annoying.

“Great value and served our needs perfectly to stay after an event nearby.”
+Great location. Large room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children plus luggage. On site parking available. Bathroom was big and equipped with shower gel etc. Shower cubical was massive!
−The room had an odd, musty smell; seemed like it was the carpet. It was very noticeable, but we weren’t in the room for long so didn’t do anything about it. It was also a little noisy with road noise, but not much could be done about that.

+Welcoming staff Nice and clean Fantastic breakfast
−Noisy at night, people outside our window until 3am. Kept us awake Woke up by house keeping at 8.30am as they were locating the resident of a particular car that was blocking other in.
